Hello everyone! We are happy to inform you that we have completed several pending orders from December, as well as part of January’s orders. For orders that include an inner pillow with filling, we are currently experiencing slight production delays. These orders will be completed over the next few days, and customers will receive updates directly in their email inbox once they are ready. Hello! we would like to provide more detailed information about tariff shipments from china to the United States. We have had several questions regarding pending shipments and new ones to be made: We have two warehouses. The first is in Peru, from which all packages with an internal pillow or large items depart. Therefore, those packages depart from this same country and must be declared at the customer’s purchase price. This would only be subject to the 10% tariff tax on the purchase price.
