TIME PRODUCCION:
All of our products are made for each purchase, These take us some days for be printed, sew up, packed it. For that here give you the time that take us:
- Body pillow covers , hugging inner pillow: Made in Perú, 3-5 weeks
- If you have any extra question, please send us an email at support@mitgard.com with the info of your name and order number.
- Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since the arrival of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange or refund.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and not altered.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Any item that is returned more than 45 days after delivery
- We can made a complete refund for items with 48 hours that you made the order, after that we gonna proceed to the production and ship the package.
- If you want the refund after the 48 hours that you made your order and not was sent to the postal service, will have 15% cancellation fee as items have already been sent to production.
- If the shipped product is returned to our warehouse. We will refund the cost of the product subtracting 15% of the cancellation fee. The shipping cost is not refunded.
- If you still didn't get your package by 60 days after the notification shipping, we will check if this was lost by the courier. After that if this was lost, we can offer the full refund. For SAL shipping its until 120 days after notification shipping.
- You have 48 hours for send us a mail for edit your address if this was misspelled, but If your got your shippping notification and was shipped to a wrong address. We can't offer you any type of refund.

Bit big in the beginning but is super comfy once you settle in with the size. It’s long enough to act as a regular pillow to support the head and as a body pillow in one which wasn’t something I considered about, pretty much replacing all the pillows I had into one which is pretty nice.
I got the 1Mx3M inner pillow, and it was worth it. I was surprised by the size, but the fluffiness and softness of the pillow made me get used to it. Overall, a worthy purchase for those that want a big, fluffy pillow.
