- This is a service for a custom print with your files pictures.
- After your pruchase, you must to send us a mail with the files to: support@mitgardreams.com
- The images must have a minimum size of 1000 * 3000 px (1: 3 ratio) so that they are not so pixelated. Recommended size of 3000 * 9000px
- The images provided by this service are private and your property.
- Only the covercase is sent without the filling.
- Sizes avaliable: 19.6″ X 59″ (50cmx150cm), 19.6″ X 63″ (50cmx160cm), 23.6″ X 70.8″ (60cmx180cm).
- Material avaliable: 2way-tricot.
- The two sides of the dakimakura is printed.

TIME PRODUCCION:
All of our products are made for each purchase, These take us some days for be printed, sew up, packed it. For that here give you the time that take us:
- Body pillow covers , hugging inner pillow: Made in Perú, 3-5 weeks
- If you have any extra question, please send us an email at support@mitgard.com with the info of your name and order number.
- Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since the arrival of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange or refund.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and not altered.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Any item that is returned more than 45 days after delivery
- We can made a complete refund for items with 48 hours that you made the order, after that we gonna proceed to the production and ship the package.
- If you want the refund after the 48 hours that you made your order and not was sent to the postal service, will have 15% cancellation fee as items have already been sent to production.
- If the shipped product is returned to our warehouse. We will refund the cost of the product subtracting 15% of the cancellation fee. The shipping cost is not refunded.
- If you still didn't get your package by 60 days after the notification shipping, we will check if this was lost by the courier. After that if this was lost, we can offer the full refund. For SAL shipping its until 120 days after notification shipping.
- You have 48 hours for send us a mail for edit your address if this was misspelled, but If your got your shippping notification and was shipped to a wrong address. We can't offer you any type of refund.
- Please contact us ASAP by Email.

- We refund or echange for you by the standard method payment for only the product cost.

- SAL: 30-60+ days.

The packages are certified, Only the final user can receive the item, if the postal service will not find the user, the item will arrive to the postal service place near to your home and the delivery courier will left a note for you can pick up your package.

Purchased two of these at different times with the 2-way tricot fabric. Extremely soft to the touch and so wonderful to hold. Print quality is excellent, there is an added logo in the bottom corner but it’s barely noticeable. Couldn’t be happier!
