You are tired of find a dakimakura of your favorite character? This service is for make a custom illustration to be printed on a body pillow case or a dakimakura. The character can be of any series, anime, etc. can be SFW or NSFW. The info character must to be sent to our mail: support@mitgard.com before you can make your order.
We have 2 versions for your pruchased with the quantity pictures:
1) For 2 custom commissions you will get:
- 2 comissioned illustrations with the style painting CELL shading.
- 2 original art files.
- 1 physical cover dakimakura with the size that you choose.
2) For 4 custom commissions (2 SFW + 2 NSFW) you will get:
- 4 comissioned illustrations with the style painting CELL shading. 2 pictures SFW with a diferent pose each one and 2 pictures NSFW version with the same pose of the SFW version.
- 4 original art digital files.
- 2 physical cover dakimakura with the size that you have chosen. The covers can be a undress version (option available for velvet and Peach skin fabric).
Important info:
- The time of the illustration can take 1-2 months for finish it (if it have many details it can take some days more).
- It´s for 1 character drawn for each side, if you want more characters, please send us a inbox first.
- The time production of the dakimakura after I finished the illustration is 10-15 laboral days before be shipped to your home.
- Mitgard Store have the rights to sell it after you get the finished files.
- The jpg pictures is only for personal use, you can´t sell it without our autorization.
- Shipping time may take time depending on the shipping option you choose. The regular time is 20-30 working days on average. Here you can look for more details of the shipping time.

All of our products are made for each purchase, These take us some days for be printed, sew up, packed it. For that here give you the time that take us:
- Peach skin and Velvet covers , hugging inner pillow: Made in Perú, 10-20 days.
- 2way tricot covers: Made in China, 15-35 days.
- Plushies, mugs, posters, stickers, straps, playmats, mousepads and set bedroom: Fabric from Perú, 5-15 days.
If we get any dificult or problem with your purchase, we will mail you for update your product time.

- Express Shipping: 5-15 days. It can be FEDEX/DHL (cover pillows), EMS (lnner pillows) or ETK if your country dont have available the before ones.
- SAL: 30-60+ days.

All the packages have TRACKING NUMBER for you can trace your package.
The packages are certified, Only the final user can receive the item, if the postal service will not find the user, the item will arrive to the postal service place near to your home and the delivery courier will left a note for you can pick up your package.

HOLIDAYS:
For November-December month purchases, shipments may take many more days due to the saturation of the postal service. So take your precautions about taking more days in advance to purchase a product and arrive near to your wish day.

Business days include Monday-Friday, and exclude some holidays for USA and PERU such as Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Saint week, and Labor Day.

Return Policy
Returns of a product:
- If you have any extra question, please send us an email at support@mitgard.com with the info of your name and order number.
- Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since the arrival of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange or refund.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and not altered.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Any item that is returned more than 45 days after delivery
Additional non-returnable items:

Refunds (if applicable):
- We can made a complete refund for items with 48 hours that you made the order, after that we gonna proceed to the production and ship the package.
- If you want the refund after the 48 hours that you made your order and not was sent to the postal service, will have 15% cancellation fee as items have already been sent to production.
- If the shipped product is returned to our warehouse. We will refund the cost of the product subtracting 15% of the cancellation fee. The shipping cost is not refunded.
- If you still didn't get your package by 60 days after the notification shipping, we will check if this was lost by the courier. After that if this was lost, we can offer the full refund. For SAL shipping its until 120 days after notification shipping.
- You have 48 hours for send us a mail for edit your address if this was misspelled, but If your got your shippping notification and was shipped to a wrong address. We can't offer you any type of refund.

The return or refund are avaliable within 5 laboral days after the item is received if you keep the items in original state.

I love fate as much as I love MHA so after I got my last custom for ragdoll I had to get a custom for some of my favorite Fate servants I just couldn’t find and Francis drake was my first pick and they made her perfect couldn’t have asked for a better cover of her
Ever since I started Watching My Hero Academia There Was One Character I loved more then the rest one I wanted to be able to cuddle but she was so Minor that there was no merch or Covers Avaliable. When I saw that Mitgard did custom covers I knew I had to have one of her and thanks to Mitgard I’m able to Give Tomoko Shiretoko or Ragdoll as she’s also known on the show all the cuddles I’ve ever wanted to they did an amazing job she looks great. I’ve never been happier to have a character or a cover this custom was worth it I’d recommend this to anyone who loves to collect body pillows or just wants a special one of their favorite character like I did.
The entire commission process started from the second week of March (payment) and essentially finished at the first of July, to give one an idea of how lengthy it was. It seemed to me that the artist was most likely burdened with a backlog of work, so it’s understandable. The primary downside was a lack of communication over long stretches of time (a month or more), but to the studio’s credit, support replied when I did message them for updates. Another downside was that one version of the finished art had numerous mistakes, but I asked to correct these after spotting them and that was done quickly. All in all, pleasant service and good final product, but I had the impression that the studio had a lot on its hands.
Everyone was really helpful and the artist did an amazing job!
