TIME PRODUCCION:

All of our products*  are Made-to-Order from Perú and start the production of 20-30 working days for each purchase, These take us some days for be printed, sew up, packed it.

*The 3D mousepads are being made in China and will be sent for distribution to their respective customers directly. If the customer is from US, They don’t have to worry because the shipping fee includes the customs fee.

If we get any dificult or problem with your purchase, we will mail you for update your product time.

SHIPPING METHODS:

After the production, we will send near all the products to our warehouse at china for their distribution. After that you will get notified when your order be sent to the postal service with tracking number.

Economy and SAL shipping isn´t available for USA and CANADA.

SHIPPING FROM CHINA

Almost all our products are being sent to our warehouse in china, it don´t include filled inner pillows. Shipments from China already include import costs, so customers don’t have to worry about making a separate payment to customs:

– Economy Shipping: 20-30 days, Worldwide addresses.

– Express Shipping: 5-15 days. It can be FEDEX or Yunexpress shipping.

– SAL: 30-60+ days.

SHIPPING FROM PERÚ

Covers with filled inner pillows and some particular orders are being shipping from Perú by SERPOST or DHL service. USA and CANADA is only avalilable the Express shipping with DHL. The customer is responsible for paying import taxes. The amount varies by country.

– Economy Shipping: 20 – 30+ days. Worldwide addresses.

– Expedited shipping: 10-20 days. EMS shipping service. Worldwide addresses.

– EXPRESS Shipping: 1-5 business days. It can be DHL service shipping.

– SAL: 30-60+ days.

All the packages have TRACKING NUMBER for you can trace your package.

The packages are certified, Only the final user can receive the item, if the postal service will not find the user, the item will arrive to the postal service place near to your home and the delivery courier will left a note for you can pick up your package.

TIME SHIPPING BY AREA (Economy shipping and don´t include time production):

– USA: 15-25 days.

– CANADA: 15-35+ laboral days.

– EUROPE: 15-35 laboral days.

– LATINOAMERICA: 20-30 laboral days.

– AUSTRALIA: 20-45 laboral days.

All the ordes have TRACKING NUMBER for you can trace your package.

We recommend EXPRESS shipping if you need your order being shipped on time.

If the postal service will not find the user, the item will arrive to the postal service place near to your home for few days until be returned to the warehouse again. For DHL service It is a different situation, so it can be abandoned and then destroyed..

HOLIDAYS:

For November-December month purchases, shipments may take many more days due to the saturation of the postal service. So take your precautions about taking more days in advance to purchase a product and arrive near to your wish day.

Click on “Track Orders” to find the order you need to track. Click the “View Details” link for that order to see your tracking information under the shipping address.

Business days include Monday-Friday, and exclude some holidays for USA and PERU such as Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Saint week, and Labor Day.

Return Policy

Returns of a product:

  • If you have any extra question, please send us an email at support@mitgard.com with the info of your name and order number.
  • Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since the arrival of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange or refund.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and not altered.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Any item that is returned more than 45 days after delivery

Additional non-returnable items:

* Downloadable software products


Refunds (if applicable):

  • We can made a complete refund for items with 48 hours that you made the order, after that we gonna proceed to the production and ship the package.
  • If you want the refund after the 48 hours that you made your order and not was sent to the postal service, will have 15% cancellation fee as items have already been sent to production.
  • If the shipped product is returned to our warehouse. We will refund the cost of the product subtracting 15% of the cancellation fee. The shipping cost is not refunded.
  • If you still didn’t get your package by 60 days after the notification shipping, we will check if this was lost by the courier. After that if this was lost, we can offer the full refund. For SAL shipping its until 120 days after notification shipping.
  • If the product was shipped by express shipping as DHL and you don´t pay the cost import and/or collect it. We can´t offer any refund because they destroy the item if the item is not claimed with some days of waiting.
  • You have 48 hours for send us a mail for edit your address if this was misspelled, but If your got your shippping notification and was shipped to a wrong address. We can’t offer you any type of refund.

The return or refund are avaliable within 5 laboral days after the item is received if you keep the items in original state.
