Return Policy
Returns of a product:
- If you have any extra question, please send us an email at support@mitgard.com with the info of your name and order number.
- Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since the arrival of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange or refund.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and not altered.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Any item that is returned more than 45 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable):
- We can made a complete refund for items with 48 hours that you made the order, after that we gonna proceed to the production and ship the package.
- If you want the refund after the 48 hours that you made your order and not was sent to the postal service, will have 15% cancellation fee as items have already been sent to production.
- If the shipped product is returned to our warehouse. We will refund the cost of the product subtracting 15% of the cancellation fee. The shipping cost is not refunded.
- If you still didn't get your package by 60 days after the notification shipping, we will check if this was lost by the courier. After that if this was lost, we can offer the full refund. For SAL shipping its until 120 days after notification shipping.
- You have 48 hours for send us a mail for edit your address if this was misspelled, but If your got your shippping notification and was shipped to a wrong address. We can't offer you any type of refund.

The return or refund are avaliable within 5 laboral days after the item is received if you keep the items in original state.

It arrived months after my combo purchase but I finally got it
It’s a great high quality product, there’s just one issue and that’s stuffing. At first the stuffing was spread out evenly, but unfortunately it eventually ended up in one condensed area. The pillows now half full and have empty, this is with the extra stuffing option as well. Other then that highly recommended.
I ordered the 180cm x 60cm body pillow with extra stuffing, and when it came, I was surprised by how soft and fluffy the pillow was. Came pretty fast and was in perfect condition when it arrived. Well worth the money.

I was a bit skeptical about it when I started looking over the site, especially when my bank denied a purchase, but everything was totally legit. My purchase eventually went through, just had to let my bank know it was me. It took a little longer than expected to arrive but the quality was great as promised.
