UPDATE 08\/29\/2025<\/strong><\/p>\n

As a new measure, we are discontinuing SAL shipments to the United States<\/strong>, since our postal service, Serpost<\/strong>, has suspended this option until further notice.\u00a0In the meantime, any pending orders that include inner pillows under the SAL method will be adjusted accordingly. These will either be shipped through an alternative service \u2014 such as DHL (with weight adjustments)<\/strong> \u2014 or placed on hold until Serpost resumes SAL shipments in the coming weeks.<\/p>\n

Orders consisting only of dakimakura covers or smaller items<\/strong> will continue to be redirected to our warehouse in China and then shipped directly to their respective owners without any additional taxes<\/strong>. Therefore, it may take a few extra days for orders to be redistributed.<\/p>\n

Hello everyone!<\/strong><\/p>\n

We\u2019d like to give you a quick update regarding shipments to the United States. For standard shipments, taxes customs are already included in the shipping cost \u2014 so nothing changes there. However, things are a little different for certain orders.<\/p>\n

Due to the recent elimination of the\u00a0Minimis<\/em> tax exemption on U.S. orders under $800, some shipments may now be subject to import taxes. As a result, any orders that arrive at customs after August 29th<\/strong> could be affected. To adapt to this change, we\u2019ve decided to temporarily pause shipments until the end of this week, giving us time to better understand how to process pending orders smoothly.<\/p>\n

This temporary measure applies only to Express, Expedited, and Standard\/SAL shipments that include a filled inner pillow<\/strong> bound for the U.S. Orders to other countries remain unaffected, as their import tax policies and minimum allowances have not changed.<\/p>\n

As for pillowcases, mousepads, and other accessories, these continue to be shipped to our warehouse in China before being distributed to customers worldwide, our customers to USA don\u00b4t will pay any extra payment about them. Our next batch is scheduled to arrive by the\u00a0end of the first week of August<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

To give you some context: all of our products are proudly made in Peru and then sent to our warehouse in China, except for our 3D mousepads, which are fully produced in China. From there, everything is packaged and sent out for final delivery. You can always visit our production page<\/strong> for a closer look at how this process works.\u00a0<\/p>\n
