You are tired of find a dakimakura of your favorite character? This service is for make a custom illustration to be printed on a body pillow case or a dakimakura. The character can be of any series, anime, etc. can be SFW or NSFW. The info character must to be sent to our mail: support@mitgard.com before you can make your order.
We have 2 versions for your pruchased with the quantity pictures:
1) For 2 custom commissions you will get:
- 2 comissioned illustrations with the style painting SEMI-REALISTIC shading.
- 2 original art files.
- 1 physical cover dakimakura with the size that you choose.
2) For 4 custom commissions (2 SFW + 2 NSFW) you will get:
- 4 comissioned illustrations with the style painting SEMI-REALISTIC shading. 2 pictures SFW with a diferent pose each one and 2 pictures NSFW version with the same pose of the SFW version.
- 4 original art digital files.
- 2 physical cover dakimakura with the size that you have chosen. The covers can be a undress version (option available for velvet and Peach skin fabric).
Important info:
- The time of the illustration can take 2-3 months for finish it (if it have many details it can take some days more).
- It´s for 1 character drawn for each side, if you want more characters, please send us a inbox first.
- The time production of the dakimakura after I finished the illustration is 10-15 laboral days before be shipped to your home.
- Mitgard Store have the rights to sell it after you get the finished files.
- The jpg pictures is only for personal use, you can´t sell it without our autorization.
- Shipping time may take time depending on the shipping option you choose. The regular time is 20-30 working days on average. Here you can look for more details of the shipping time.

The packages are certified, Only the final user can receive the item, if the postal service will not find the user, the item will arrive to the postal service place near to your home and the delivery courier will left a note for you can pick up your package.

HOLIDAYS:
For November-December month purchases, shipments may take many more days due to the saturation of the postal service. So take your precautions about taking more days in advance to purchase a product and arrive near to your wish day.

Return Policy
Returns of a product:
- If you have any extra question, please send us an email at support@mitgard.com with the info of your name and order number.
- Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since the arrival of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange or refund.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and not altered.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Any item that is returned more than 45 days after delivery
Additional non-returnable items:

Refunds (if applicable):
- We can made a complete refund for items with 48 hours that you made the order, after that we gonna proceed to the production and ship the package.
- If you want the refund after the 48 hours that you made your order and not was sent to the postal service, will have 15% cancellation fee as items have already been sent to production.
- If the shipped product is returned to our warehouse. We will refund the cost of the product subtracting 15% of the cancellation fee. The shipping cost is not refunded.
- If you still didn't get your package by 60 days after the notification shipping, we will check if this was lost by the courier. After that if this was lost, we can offer the full refund. For SAL shipping its until 120 days after notification shipping.
- You have 48 hours for send us a mail for edit your address if this was misspelled, but If your got your shippping notification and was shipped to a wrong address. We can't offer you any type of refund.

The return or refund are avaliable within 5 laboral days after the item is received if you keep the items in original state.
