All of our products*  are Made-to-Order <\/strong>from Per\u00fa <\/strong>and start the production of 3-5 weeks for each purchase, These take us some days for be printed, sew up, packed it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

*The 3D mousepads are being made in China and will be sent for distribution to their respective customers directly. If the customer is from US, They don\u2019t have to worry because the shipping fee includes the customs fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If we get any dificult or problem with your purchase, we will mail you for update your product time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Covers with filled inner pillows and some particular orders are being shipping from Per\u00fa by SERPOST or DHL service. USA and CANADA is only avalilable the Express shipping with DHL. The customer is responsible for paying import taxes.<\/strong> The amount varies by country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For November-December <\/strong>month purchases, shipments may take many more days due to the saturation of the postal service. So take your precautions about taking more days in advance to purchase a product and arrive near to your wish day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • If you want the refund after the 48 hours that you made your order and not was sent to the postal service, will have\u00a015% cancellation fee\u00a0as items have already been sent to production.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • If the shipped product is returned to our warehouse. We will refund the cost of the product\u00a0subtracting 15% of the cancellation fee. The shipping cost is not refunded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • If you still didn\u2019t get your package by\u00a060 days after the notification shipping, we will check if this was lost by the courier.\u00a0After that if this was lost, we can offer the full refund. For SAL shipping its until 120 days after notification shipping.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • If the product was shipped by express shipping as DHL and you don\u00b4t pay the cost import and\/or collect it. We can\u00b4t offer any refund because they destroy the item if the item is not claimed with some days of waiting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
